My dry darkfield condenser doesn’t work very well above 40x, but I gave it a try anyways on my own blood.

I thought this guy was really cool. 🙂

I don’t have any idea what these things are, but they are mighty tiny! I’ve started playing around with my calibration slide and measurements of these objects.

I’m getting a bit better at lighting insects for low-magnification view. Here are some specimens that turned out pretty decent.
